Cancellation Policy

At The Lux Studio, we reserve dedicated time exclusively for each guest and kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
