Weston Ready, CEO and Founder of CourTex Construction, Inc. graduated from Texas Tech University Rawls School of Business in 2008. He worked his way through college in the sports construction industry, learning from the ground up, all aspects of this specialized construction industry. He has a solid knowledge of the business aspects through both education and hands-on experience, received from the fresh start-up of CourTex Construction. The company is now a leader in the design/build construction of outdoor residential and commercial pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts, including those in educational and community recreational spaces. Weston has a simple philosophy in the working environment: Take care of your employees and they will take care of you and your clients. Period.

BRENT POSS

President of San Antonio
Brent Poss graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Tx. in 1994. He was a varsity tennis player and Cum Laude student. After graduation, he worked for and ultimately ran his family’s trucking company for 10 years. In 2004, he took a new career path and began working in court construction. For 20 years, Brent has been in the court construction business, specializing in backyard court construction. He has a proven track record of sales, design and operations in court construction. As a former competitive tennis and racquetball player (and current pickleball player) he also understands the overall court experience for players. Pickleball has become a passion for him, and helping build courts all across Texas ties right into that.

BRADLEY PIPER

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Bradley Piper, Director of Operations, has been a key ingredient in the growth and future of CourTex Construction, Inc. Bradley knows courts from the competitive side of sports. His skill earned him a college basketball scholarship to play at Kent State. After college, he landed a job managing Texas’ longest zipline and its more than 50 employees. He had a hand in setting up the zipline’s infrastructure, and well as that of a sister attraction, a floating water park. He jumped to CourTex and has helped bring the company from sales of $1M to $12.5M in only 4 years. Bradley’s creativity and fearless approach to business makes him an important player in the sports construction industry.

CHELSEY HIEGER

Director of Sales
Chelsey Hieger, Project Administrator and Sales Representative, plays a key role in the CourTex Construction team. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. She manages the integrated design processes, commercial and residential project estimates, and administration of all construction projects from contract through completion. She has mastered the sports construction process from the office to the construction site.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Jorge Batrez, Construction Supervisor, is a veteran of the construction industry with more than 14 years of experience specializing in concrete work. Jorge’s responsibility is to control quality and improve the final court product. Jorge ensures that all of the concrete work not only meets specifications but exceeds them. From design to finish, Jorge manages crews across the State of Texas, keeping our construction division constantly growing and improving.

CHRISTINE READY

Marketing Specialist
Christine handles our bookkeeping and accounts payable department. She worked for Elaine Turner for 4 years designing handbags and shoes for customers across the world. In 2012, she became an educator and taught elementary art for 10 years. Now we are excited to have her on our team using her skills to keep our team and financials organized as we continue to grow.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Shannon Connolly is our Administrative Assistant / Accounts Receivable team member. She helps streamline financial processes and support business growth. As a dedicated mom of two energetic boys, she thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for personal growth and lifelong learning. She loves helping others and has a natural talent for navigating the world of paperwork, backed by years of experience in office management. Whether it’s managing family life or supporting those around her, she is committed to making a positive impact.

Liz Beaucamp-Bush

Office Administration Director
A native Austinite and mom to five grown kids, Liz has a strong connection to our Texas roots. With over a decade of experience in the court building industry—and a lifetime of playing sports on her family’s backyard court- she brings a wealth of experience. She combines strong industry knowledge with her love for sports to help keep CourTex organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Max Anderson

Senior Sales Manager
Max Anderson brings over a decade of sales, marketing, and project experience with a passion for helping clients create their perfect court. Whether it’s backyard courts for families or large-scale commercial facilities, Max prioritizes transparency and communication throughout the entire process.

Born and raised in Nebraska (Go Big Red!) and an Austin resident for over 8 years, you can usually find him out on the trail with his wife, Kaci, and dog, Junie. If that doesn’t work, he’s probably eating breakfast tacos or at one of Austin’s many top restaurants.

Camron Musgrove

Mechanic
Former Race shop owner, with a background in track cars and full restoration/builds. Former lead technician and crew chief for IMSA Race Team. Cam has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry with an impressive award winning build quality and multiple championships as a lead mechanic in endurance racing. He brings that experience to the CourTex team to help us manage our fleet of trucks & equipment.

Dan Bishop

President
Dan Bishop is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation. At just 20 years of age, he founded a decorative concrete company in Austin, TX, where his deep interest in concrete science drove him to become an industry expert. His commitment to innovation and quality helped grow the company into a national leader, culminating in the successful sale of that company in 2017.

A lifelong athlete, Dan played varsity tennis, baseball, and golf, developing a deep appreciation for well-built playing surfaces. After traveling the country with his family and transitioning into investment and consulting, he partnered with industry veterans, Weston Ready and George Stahlin in 2024. Together, they are expanding Evergreen Courts’ legacy, delivering top-tier tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts across the Rocky Mountains.

A true mountain enthusiast, Dan now spends his free time fishing, hunting, hiking, off-roading, and snowboarding—always seeking his next adventure.

Weston Ready

VP, Senior Industry Expert
Weston Ready graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawls School of Business in 2008. He worked his way through college in the sports construction industry, learning every aspect of this specialized field from the ground up. With both formal business education and hands-on experience, Weston developed a deep understanding of the industry and its operations.

In 2021, Weston and Dan Bishop began working together to drive CourTex Construction’s rapid growth, expanding its reach and solidifying its reputation in the market. Today, CourTex is a leader in the design/build construction of residential and commercial pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts, including projects for educational institutions and community recreation spaces.

Weston follows a simple philosophy in business: Take care of your employees, and they will take care of you and your clients. Period. His leadership and dedication continue to shape the industry and elevate the standard for high-quality court construction.

George Stahlin

Founder & Industry Advisor
George Stahlin founded Evergreen Tennis Courts, Inc. in 1974 with a vision of building high-quality courts that could withstand Colorado’s demanding climate. Over the next 50 years, Evergreen Tennis Courts became the state’s premier luxury tennis court builder, with George perfecting his craft and setting the industry standard.

In the late 1980s, George pioneered the use of post-tensioned concrete for court bases, revolutionizing construction in extreme environments where traditional asphalt bases fell short. His expertise and innovation helped shape modern court construction. A Certified Tennis Court Builder by the American Sports Builders Association, George’s knowledge and skill have been recognized at the highest levels of the industry.

Beyond Colorado, George’s reputation extends to some of the most prestigious courts in the world. For 10 years, he handled the surfacing work for the renowned Sony Professional Tennis Tournament in Key Biscayne, ensuring world-class playing conditions for top professionals.

With a lifetime of experience—more than most will ever know—George has earned his retirement, but his passion for excellence keeps him involved. As Industry Advisor, he continues to guide Evergreen Courts, ensuring the next generation upholds the legacy of quality he built.

Brent Worthley

Director of Operations
Brent Worthley began his career in tennis court construction in his hometown of Gilford, NH, working for Tri-State Tennis, where he built and refurbished courts throughout New England. After moving to Colorado to attend Colorado State University, he joined Evergreen Tennis Courts, while also working with Agile Courts Construction in South Florida during the winters.

With over 30 years of experience, Brent has installed and refurbished thousands of courts across the Rocky Mountain region, South Florida, the Caribbean, and Central America. His expertise spans everything from simple resurfacing to full-scale, turnkey tennis facility construction. A leader in the industry, Brent’s deep knowledge and hands-on experience ensure that every Evergreen Courts project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Accounting & Financial Coordinator
For over 20 years, Carmen Schmid has been the backbone of Evergreen Courts' administrative and financial operations. As Administrative & Financial Coordinator, she streamlines financial processes, ensures compliance, and supports business growth with precision and efficiency.

A dedicated mom and lifelong learner, Carmen thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing the complexities of office management with ease. Her natural talent for organization and problem-solving makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Whether managing finances or supporting those around her, she is committed to making a positive impact in everything she does.

Ricardo Venegas

Operations Manager
Originally from Chile, Ricardo brings a unique blend of communication expertise and hands-on construction experience to Evergreen Courts. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin, his background in project coordination and attention to detail make him invaluable in managing complex builds.

A post-tensioned concrete certified professional, Ricardo ensures Evergreen’s courts meet the highest standards of durability and craftsmanship. His keen eye for quality stems from years as a professional photographer/videographer and his work with Engineers Without Borders, where he helped build critical infrastructure in developing countries.

Having collaborated with Dan Bishop on multiple ventures, Ricardo is a trusted leader in operations, quality control, and client relations, ensuring every court is built with precision and excellence.

Dan Bishop

PRESIDENT
Dan Bishop is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation. He founded a decorative concrete company in Austin, TX at age 20, growing it into a national leader before selling it in 2017.

A lifelong athlete, Dan’s background in tennis, baseball, and golf sparked a deep appreciation for well-built playing surfaces. After years of traveling and working in investment and advisory roles, he partnered with Weston Ready in 2025 to launch Carolina CourTex. Together, Dan and Weston are at the forefront of the court construction industry, known for building top-tier tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts with post-tensioned concrete. With North Carolina as their latest regional branch, they continue expanding their reach across the Southeast and beyond.

When he’s not building courts, Dan can be found fishing, hunting, hiking, off-roading, or snowboarding—always chasing the next adventure.

Micah Little

Administrative Manager
Micah Little, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Carolina CourTex team. She began her management career over 20 year ago in healthcare. Her passion for helping others while leading with her heart has helped to grow her team, while gaining the trust of her customers and staff. Her experience in office operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency makes her a valuable team member. Micah was also a three sport athlete in school, so she knows the competitive side of the courts. She is the “Office Mom” and takes great pride in taking care of every little detail that goes into each project, from start to finish. Micah believes that connection and following The Golden Rule cultivates an environment for success. She does not meet a stranger and once you cross paths, you will be a friend for life. When she is not in the office, you will find Micah on her family farm with her husband, two grown children and two grandsons. She is a follower of Jesus, a lover of Disney, Starbucks and reading.
